As one of the country’s top exposure baseball programs, we’re on a mission to grow and develop our athletes both on the field and off. Our developmental system focuses not only on evolving a player’s physical abilities, but also providing mentorship to help each individual achieve the best version of himself.

THE GOLD STANDARD
Since 2005, Team Elite has focused on preparing youth players for high school, college, and professional baseball. Through personal instruction, pro-style practices, and offseason training programs, we have been able to achieve some amazing results over the years. It’s truly an honor to have been a part of the journey for more than 2,000 players who went on to play collegiate baseball and over 250 players selected professionally in the MLB draft.
Year to year, Team Elite is nationally ranked at all age groups 11U-18U with Perfect Game and other organizations/publications as one of the country’s top development and exposure baseball programs. We on a mission to grow and develop our athletes both on the field and off. Our developmental system focuses not only on evolving a player’s physical abilities, but also providing mentorship to help each individual achieve the best version of himself.

The Diamond Allegiance is a national partnership of elite-level player development organizations committed to advancing the Travel Ball ecosystem by creating better value for players, parents, coaches, and organizations.
The Diamond Allegiance is composed of the following senior leader members: Tracy Smith (Head Coach – University of Michigan), Pat Casey (Former Head Coach – Oregon State University), Erik Bakich (Head Coach – Clemson University), Kevin O’Sullivan (Head Coach – University of Florida), Matt Gerber (Head of Player and Business Development), Michele Smith (Olympic Softball Gold Medalist and ESPN Softball Analyst).
DEDICATED STAFF
Our staff consists of former professional or collegiate coaches and players who love the game of baseball. Their passion for instructing youth and high school players drew them to Team Elite. It’s our mission to build a relationship with each individual player and family in our program. The goal? To help provide areas of development and growth that promote consistency at the highest level.
