As part of Team Elite Premier, athletes have the option to train at K25 Baseball & Softball Academy in North Aurora, Illinois, an advanced performance facility designed to maximize player development. K25 is equipped with cutting edge technology including Blast Motion swing sensors, Trackman for hitting and pitching analysis, and HitTrax simulation systems, providing precise data on mechanics and performance. The facility also offers comprehensive training environments for hitting, pitching, fielding, strength, and speed, giving youth players the opportunity to refine fundamentals, apply data driven adjustments, and build the advanced skill sets needed to excel at the highest levels of competition.

Our athletes also gain access to Premier Performance Academy in Flint, Michigan, a state-of-the-art 24,000 sq ft indoor training complex featuring six hitting tunnels, four pitching tunnels, and two expansive turf zones dedicated to multi-skill development. The facility supports tailored training lessons, seasonal camps, and specialty events—providing youth players with elite-level repetition, technique refinement, and immersive athletic growth in a truly professional environment

In addition, we are a proud founding member of the Diamond Allegiance which encompasses the Team Elite App by Curve. Curve provides training technology where players create a profile page and complete their mobility/power testing to receive a Curve score.  Curve then leverages AI to assess player mobility, strength, and power to build customized and individualized player development programs. Upon completion of their testing, players are given a personalized daily corrective stretching routine as well as a 12-week strength and conditioning plan.
