I'm getting a blank screen or errors during registration

If you are experiencing blank screens or errors during registration, please check to see which browser you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer, that is most likely the culprit. Please try another browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

I'm not receiving emails or messages from Team Elite

A few things may be causing this issue. First, check your settings to make sure you are subscribed to Team Elite notifications - CLICK HERE

Next, make sure you have the correct email on file - CLICK HERE

If a guardian other than yourself typically registers your child, make sure that you are added as a Guardian to your child's profile - CLICK HERE
